Our Dean

Dr. Johnson is a native of Savanna-la-Mar, Jamaica. He is entering his 16th year at Wilmington Prep and has been an educator for over 20 years. He attended the International University of the Caribbean, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned a Master’s in Educational Leadership. In 2026, he earned his doctoral degree from Aspen University, further advancing his commitment to educational excellence and leadership.
